We provide full support services for websites and web applications we have written. These operate on a 24/7/365 basis via our on-line ticketing system and by phone & video conferencing during normal business hours. Most of our support requests are of a ‘how do I do this?’ nature and we are therefore in the process of developing a range of on line video tutorials to answer some of the most frequently asked question.
Although we primarily support software that has been built on our Framework, our work in converting sites built on alternative platforms had provided us with a good understanding of these.
